THRS Partners, a volunteer organization at The Honor Roll School, consists of THRS parents, teachers and staff.
THRS Partners is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, which was formed for social, charitable, and educational causes. Our purpose is to seek, cultivate and obtain revenues to be used for developing and expanding educational opportunities for children who attend The Honor Roll School.
In past years THRS Partners used fundraising revenues to complete many projects on campus. THRS Partners commissioned Guillermo Blanco to capture the ECP experience in a fantastic mural in the ECP lobby. Promethean Boards and overhead projections systems have been installed to allow for large group instruction. The campus library has undergone expansion to increase shelving and storage to allow for larger book inventory for our many avid readers. In conjunction with Nobel Learning Communities, a "NEW" gymnasium floor was added, as well as a state of the art playground facility. The major projects in 2013-14 included a campus-wide surveillance system, as well the Front Lawn “re-do”. We closed out the year with new sound and projection systems in the gym and the dining hall.
Throughout the year, we hold a series of events that showcase our school spirit such as Back-to-School Bash, Family Bingo Night, Festival of Friends and Fun Food Fridays. We invite you to join us at any or all these events to see THRS SPIRIT in action!
How You Can Get Involved

Volunteerism is one of the most integral components of a successful relationship between a family and their school of choice. Studies have shown that children, whose parents regularly participate in their child's school community, achieve a higher level of satisfaction and academic success than those whose parents do not. A parent’s regular attendance in their child’s school gives concrete proof to the children that education is indeed one of their families highest priorities.
Volunteering allows parents to develop deeper relationships between themselves and their children’s teachers and administrators. Whether you choose to volunteer weekly or once a year, there is an opportunity for every single parent to volunteer.
